Dawn has a Board Certification in Massage therapy through the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (2002).
Dawn has worked in healthcare, education, spa, clinic, and as her own business since becoming licensed.

In July 2023, at the World Massage Festival, Dawn competed at the American Massage Championship in Sports and Western Freestyle categories. Dawn is planning on competing in 2025 at several events aiming on improving her skills, mastering competitive massage, and networking with other amazing massage therapist from around the world.
