Thai Yoga Massage combines assisted yoga with acupressure techniques. Your session will include yogic stretching while tissues are kneaded, and compression is applied along the body's energy lines.

Shiatsu originates from Japan, therapist will apply finger pressure along points on the body, rocking movements, stretches, and joint mobilization to re-energize your body. Can be performed on floor or table.

Ashiatsu massage is where the therapist will use their feet to massage the client. With the support of bars or sarga silks, the massage therapist will provide a deeper treatment that helps clients to relax. Session is performed on massage table.

In addition to massage, these services enhance relaxation, support skin health, and utilize thermal effects of heat and/or cold to enhance the bodywork service.
Warm seaweed benefits include exfoliation, hydration, support of the lymphatic system, and support for skin elasticity and regeneration. Can be added to any massage service.

Stand on our vibration plate before or after your massage service or as a stand alone service. This 10 minute session assists in stimulating the lymphatic system. This will increase your service time by 10-15 minutes.
Select essential oil scents to be used during your treatment session. Your preferred essential oil will be diffused in the room, and infused in the massage lotion.
Used to increase tissue mobility and lymphatic systems that will enhance the body’s ability to repair.
Hot stones or warm bamboo will be added to your massage over specific treatment area. Will not be full body treatment. Please schedule a full session for warm bamboo or hot stone if that is preferred.
A salt scrub is used to exfoliate & body butter used to moisturize either hands or feet. Several options available for scents.
